Hello and welcome everyone, my name is E.Mel C. Celi. First of all, I would like to thank God the all mighty for giving the gift of creativity. Like my father Gabriel C. Celi Sr, his father Rosal C. Celi Sr, his father Clemente Ibanez Celi Sr, his father Nicolas Celi Sr and his fathers fathers our DNA has the God Given Talent to Author Original Poetry with divine intervention for inspiration and be a tool or as a messenger of the Holy Spirit. What I am about to describe in this paper is my project. The commitment to bring the Media Asians Natives Group One (MANGO) or Pacifican Americans into the next level of Entrepreneur.”--E.Mel

The genesis of a business starts with its logo. An attempt has been made to approximate the look-and-feel of ECELI Business Logo Diversity-Integration, although we realize that this can only be a very rough approximation. Final ECELI logo products are tested and released to the public at large.
Photo 1.0 or Figure 2.0 depicts the original logo created by a vision during Mr. E.Mel Celi’s return to the mainland in Northern California. E.Mel arrived from Hawaii in 1992 after a long struggle to retrieve his divorced family and belongings. Unfortunatley, Emel was forced to learn the hard way and had to let go of a long history of family life. Family Law would haunt him until August 11th, 2004 an emancipation date from the Family Law court intervention of once family life. As a newly Holy Spirited man, E.Mel since his return to California, had created this logo or emblem to recognize the need to obtain a model towards an equalateral triangle of races for human beings. E.Mel and Hapa nephew CJ Schiller, son of Sis Yolanda Celi S., painted the logo and materialized the vision as shown in PHOTO 1.0. E.Mel then initiated a process to Trademark the Logo, Figure 2.0, and is at a pending state.
Recognizing that this new market is rising, E.Mel established a sole proprietary company using his first name letter E. and last name Celi into E.CELI. It was once called Celice International to cater to the MARKET LAYERS as shown in Figure 1.0 The Final or Current LOGO Below.
If you wish to succeed in business, you need to have a concept, a creation plan, and have the tangible product first, then price, then promote, then distribute to the consumer. First you must go thru numerous failures and obstacles, but must you? These are the earlier prototype products in the style of MOTOWN’s product line by Berry Gordy a pioneer entrepreneur with the vision of showcasing Black American Artist. E.CELI borrowed the concept but leaning to the MANGO talent and eventually to integrate a diverse cast of talent upon success. When will that be?, only God knows.
Here are the following artists that associated with ECELI at the re-start:
In 1992, after Emels heartbreaking divorce and return from MAUI, HI a trio singing group was reformed consisting of E.Mel, Gabriel, and Tom. The G.CELI brothers were created but individuality and sibling rivalry caused the brothers to be independent solo artist. There was this last show in Santa Clara University which was held by a Jeanette Sacman (BARKADA STUDENT CLUB) where the three brothers performed last as a group. E.Mel at the time served as a Counselor for a Mobile Outreach Street Team in the City of San Jose under the guidance of Mayor Susan Hammer and the services of AACI (Asian American Community Involvement). E.Mel basically interfaced with all of the Gangs in the Santa Clara County. Identity Crisis or Cases were an issue by these young Asian/Native American or RED AMERICANS. See Figure 1.0 where Layer Zero, One, and Two are where these Gangs remain rooted versus at the Layer 3 or the USA law abiding citizen layer. His boss was Dr. Leland Yee now a State Senator. His colleagues like David Mineta, son of Norman Mineta named after the San Jose International Airport. The City of San Jose was plagued with Wanna Be Gangsters and the traditional Gangsters. He had concluded in his investigations and Data Collection that bad culture were rooted by the Hollywood & Broadway Media by its educational entertaining prowess to glorify Gangs, Drugs, Sex(rape), Rock and Roll(foul freedom of speech) and the image of BAD being GOOD. The release of Michael Jacksons “Thriller” or “BAD” Album even glorified more of the USA Gang Culture and the freedom of speech by Richard Pryor’s foul words and the “N-word” originated and perpetuated by BAD Black American Artist. RED PACIFICAN Americans were called “N-word” too and not just Afro-Americans. Why were these BAD Black American Artist misuse or mislead the young from the horrible history and cruelty???? Michael Jackson was showcasing GOOD and BAD USA culture. MJ’s song “REMEMBER THE TIME” reminded E.Mel of 1979 which he transitioned from being a Whitewashed kid into a Colored American. Identity Crises Since 1972-1979, he was programmed to be Anglo-Saxon-White Cultured in the Elementary Educational System of Northern California. E.Mel remembers when He was 10 years old that his Accent from the Islands, “Pidgin or Island-English”, was erased by special classes in the elementary grade. E.Mel had to take an extra class in elementary to remove the Pidgin accent. Mike Lara and Dave Larsen are witness to this. When E.Mel was exposed to BAD Black American artist in 1979, the Jive or Slang was dominating and E.Mel too was caught up in the jive or Ebonics Slang. GOOD Black American Artist were overpowered by the Market Demand of ABUSIVE LYRICAL CONTENT consumers graved for the BAD content injected regardless of race. It was like DRUGS as eyes and ears were hooked on the images of audio and visual illusions. In 1980 E.Mel took one class in School called TAMARAW(advisors: Ben Menor and Rudy Kelly) and E.Mel was also exposed to the PACIFICAN American Island Culture and history especially Chief Lapu-Lapu Hoyohoy a CEBU Royalty. This TAMARAW program was the first and only program through-out the USA. E.Mel knew he was colored but he was not a Black American but was just a Wannabe-Black or White America. NAACP is not just BLACK??? How innocent these IDENTITY Cases were then. A corporate style form of business greed by these Hollywood and Broadway Entrepreneurs and not care for its aftermath affect both domestic and global influence and so began my journalizing 1992 to counter a self defense for the Layered Market Segments for innocent eyes and ears of all USA children and the children of the see above Figure 1.0 USA culture at Layer Zero-SubCutures of RED(yellow+brown), WHITE, and BLACK community, but it was impossible at 1992, since there were very little GOOD RED Leading American Artist from Hollywood & Broadway. In the late 80’s, 90’s, Y2Ks Artist like the RED Leading Cast of “LA BAMBA”, Artist like “SELENA(killed)”, “DRAGON:The Bruce Lee Story”, “SMOKE SIGNALS”, and “The George Lopez Show”, which were overpowered by the WHITE and BLACK American Leading men in all levels of USA media. BET(black entertainment television) is a good reference model of how the RED entertainers can converge and match an equivalent programming channel as similar with pioneering majority casted WET(white entertainment television channels) which dominates all USA based channels. Despite the English or Spanish Language channels, the White Entertainers dominate the leading man image in USA multimedia. The traditional Casting of these TV shows on the WET networks were requested today to enforce the cast to match and be be like the way MTV-“Americas Top Dancers” – produced by Randy Jackson of American Idol for equalized cast of Diversity. TV commercials made progress in Diversity but SITCOM remained segregated and RED leading Actors were very few. Thank God for Digital Domain Technology (DDT) that we have a chance using DDT as equalizing vehicles and platforms to experiment and grow. Youtube.com, Myspace.com are excellent free services to create a draft webisode content for an RET to someday equalize with BET or WETs.
In 1993, E.Mel went on to form ECELI API consulting which landed him a contract with SPRINT a telecommunications company see http://www.sprintlabs.com. The move allowed him to understand Domestic and Global Communications for Print, Data, Audio/Voice, Video, and Etc... The contract income, allowed E.Mel to venture also into the RED Americans Status in the Recording Industry business as well as a venture into a Care Home services.
1. 1993-Starting with a New Recording Artist Tom Celi aka Lover Boy Celi (LBC) with song title:“Did I do you wrong?-see BMI.com for the title search”. ECELI’s first hands on project in recording and cassette tape manufacturing, CD_Audio manufacturing at the time were very expensive. The Cassette vendor utilized for mass duplication went out of business which impaired further manufacturing of this cassette single project. Tom Celi, youngest brother of E.Mel was a bit difficult to produce and was eventually placed in a queue for future engagement. Tom Celi still composes songs but has not taken Recording seriously. ECELI purchased Tom Celi a car from the rights for “Did I Do You Wrong?” hoping for him to continue with his music perfections. What has he done? Where is he now? Another group was the Casiquin Brothers who were provided guidance, but Emels uncle and untie still had full control of E.Mels Cousins, the Casiquin brothers, on their musical growth. E.Mel was just there to be a role model of some sort. The song title “CALI-MALE” written by E.Mel utilized the sound track created by the young musical talent Roland Casiquin. A Poetry over the sound track was RAPPED in the Music Genre POETRY NOISE aka P’NOISE performed by the G.CELI Brothers. The Casiquin Brothers are now called Deviation. I knew they deviated from ECELI way back. Where are they now?
2. 1994/6-A non Entertainment project was also an obstacle for E.Mel. An old drummer friend from a Mountain View High School Band and Foothill/De Anza/Mission Jr College days caused E.Mel to assist his old buddy Alan DelaCruz. The band name was called “CLOSEFIRE”. Alan DeLaCruz_drums, E.Meloy or Malloy Celi_LeadSinger-Percussions, Lito Sipin_Bass, Erwin Sipin_Lead Guitar, Edwin Sipin_Keyboard. (The Sipin Brothers are Gary Valenciano’s cousins, he is the Famous Filipino-Tagalog Singer). We had supporting in/out band members Ernie De Luna, Chedy Fernando, Frank Valette, Jay Opinia, Gil Torda, Glory Torda, and of course Meloy’s girlfriend Josie Andres. The bridal party of “Josie and Meloy” was the band and others both Josie and Meloy were addicted to premarital sex and on Meloi’s Birthday without condom was given a wonderful gift and 9 months later had a baby girl named Mahalina based on the CITY in Madagascar East Africa. Josie and Meloy quit the band and accepted the family life, a son named JoMel solidified their love and unity. Both Let Go of the Performing Artist Life(temporarily) and become a Family Life… Due to the new arrivals of the less than 5 years in USA cousins, E.Mels relatives, created a Scandal in the County of Santa Clara in the late 1980’s concerning former GANGSTER, MAFIA DRUGGIES and listener of ROCK & ROLL demonic music, these FOBs embarrassed the CAPE BOLINAO USA community which caused fear of Josie and made up her mind to abandon this man of Bolinao Heritage. Sadly by the choice of Josie and backed up by her friends and relatives placed the stress of Meloy(the former Lead Singer of a Band turned Family Man) paying two Mortgages of the CERES and MAUI home and Josie abandoning their marriage with promiscuity but divorced in 1990-91. A joint custody but leaned to the mother placed Mr. E.Mel C. Celi in a tail-whipped hell. Letting Go was the only hope until Emancipation on his youngest child’s 19th birthday. Family Law uses the children to make the parents lives miserable. Using the children or minor in age to pick on any parent for derailing the true spiritual Family. Divided and Conquered and bound to fail the American Family. A living death that stretched from 1991-2005 and still to this date an unnecessary pain. How demeaning to an American Father. A Holy Spiritual rebirth see Romans 8:all verses transformed the new spirit in the man to be called E.Mel C. Celi, So by 1994 Meloy with a newlife and a new name E.Mel reconnected with his best friend and former BAND MEMBER Alan DeLa Cruz. His LEAD SINGING ROLES have been rekindled by the Holy Spirit. Alan requested for help with his in-laws delima of Foreclosure due to his Father In-Laws untimely death. Something about Dead American Fathers??? The remedy was none eventually. Alans in-laws were eventually poison to E.Mel’s Credit Score. But he did it for his best friend and would do it again for his friend with no regrets. His in-laws were lack of understanding and Alan himself side his in-Laws. Ooh Well just forgive the man who is controlled by the Vagina. He will always be a friend with or without his wife. The only good thing that the Care Home project did was for E.Mel to trade lost money and Emel to help Alans In-laws which E.Mel bought two cars A Dodge Challenger and a Turbo 930-Porsche which had clutch problems. E.Mel only did this from his own good heart to help the Fedalizos from financial bind. Alan’s brother in-laws 930 Porsche Turbo which was purchased thru BofA is now owned by the E.CELI business, but then later liquidated due to the challenges of a start-up company. This was the only thing left from the big loss. Alan&Shirley with Kids eventualy resided on the Care Home property which is back to being a residential property in Cupertino.
E.Mel returns to older brother’s house in Sunnyvale CA. Which their parent gave TAX write off for the relative swap. E.Mel commuted to/from Modesto/Sunnyvale instead of his elder brother Domingo&Celia Celi’s, that was the cooperation with Emel to regain strength in the pursuit of the Music Business was welcomed. MOTOWN like ECELI was challenged. Sunnyvale, CA was the first headquarter of ECELI. Later however, Domingo&Celia Celi mismanaged this TAX write off which was a pity. Now the Education for E.Mels nephews and nieces their Talented DNA and Wisdom has not come to fruition. Without Funds for Higher Education and TAX write off, Where are they now?
3. 1994/5-New Recording ASCAP.com Artist Gabriel Celi Jr aka OOL(Only One Love) with song titles“Filipina Girl and Fabulous Fantasy—ASCAP&BMI“ were developed independently. A separate group in collaboration with Roehl Pagala and Tambling Studio created the content master with Gabriel Celi Jr as lead Vocalist. The duplication publishing was funded by both ECELI and Mr. Rizaldy&Lien Celi in support of younger brother Gabriel C. Celi Jr. A vendor from Novato CA. was utilized. KABA was fair and offered both graphic layout and cassette maxi services. ECELI printed 500 units and offered to sell thru Street Alley Records of SF and SJ. 20 units were tested and all were sold in a month period. There was no follow –up of sales and marketing due to lack or human resources. ECELI was forced to promote and give out tapes on demo basis so the name OOL aka Gabriel Celi Jr was perpetuated in the Heritage Asian American Community. The First Pinnacle show on SF Bay Area Channel 26 featured OOL aka Gabriel Celi Jr. Unfortunately, Emel was not there to represent in OOL to perform his orignal song Filipina Girl. The Chinese owned Pinnacle told OOL to sing a cover song. This was bad for OOLs originality image. OOL was successful in penetrating the Community and early pioneers of Heritage Asian American music had begun. Then groups like KAI, One Vision, Drops’N’Harmony, Pinay, Jocelyn Enriquez, Jaya(now in GMA network), Buffy and many artist launched an avenue of competitiveness. Classified, Velocity, and other labels pursued onward. Although some progress was made, the non Entertainment Care Home project affected E.Mels business decision and was forced the quit the Care Home project by signing off and obtained release of responsibility. The music project with OOL by ECELI was let go and OOL went on with APEX(now called KAI) management(Brandon). OOL became Gabriel Celi Jr artist no alias. Gabriel (did not want to sell out his originality associating with Geffen Records) went on and is still Composing songs. OOL is married now and is helping other labels such as RedDiamond Records headed by Roehl Pagala and Romy Huerta. ECELI still welcomes OOL as a support member.
4. 1995/6 -An arts and crafts artist named Anthony F. Celi aka TINOi was also being produced by ECELI. The artist created Glass Dragons which were hand crafted and cost fortunes. ECELI was looking for ways to market Anthonys arts and crafts projects. Florintino eventually got some pipe ideas from E.Mel and created a frenzy of custom pipe designs. E.Mel requested he drop the pipes and focused on the Glass Dragons and the Abalone Arts and Craft but TINOi was another JKD (TANGA) or KEAL FU case.
5. 1994/6- So in this time frame, E.Mel felt that after trying to produce others, it was time to produce himself. The inspiration of course comes from all his life experiences both EAST and WEST culture. E.Mel began to compile all his past original poetry since he was 7 years old and copyright via Library of Congress all of his past and present original songs. He compiled enough material to fit on a CD. During this period, E.Mel had his daughter Mahalina and son JoEmel with him and recorded and completed on a CD project called EAST meets WEST. Anthony F. Celi had been asked if some of his craft were part of the CD cover and he has agreed. Both Mahalina and JoMel were also recorded and trained on how to create original recordings. The ‘N-word’ was unintentionally used by Mahalina since she was influenced by BAD Black American Artist and her Father was shocked by the power of this Gangster RAP music (example: Dru Down :PIMP of The Year release via KMEL radio station by DJ Rosary a first Hertage Asian American Female mainstream Radio DJ) on her young generation. No matter how good in Parenting you are? The USA teen obtain it from their peers in their USA school cliques and the Underground Music Business which release it like drugs to the USA children. A very difficult task to prevent it or seek help from the USA School Teachers and USA School Systems. The only goal was to build a countering Publishing company for creating the do-GOOD USA artist and join these Black and White Leading Artist both in Hollywood and Broadway. E.Mel for ECELI was happy to invest money on self and children both for the experience and business. The product was strictly to protect Emels original works called POETRY NOISE aka P’NOISE. The “East Meets West” CD , shown in figure 3.0, was intended only to define E.Mels creativity and originality without anyone else. The project was successful. Again KABA was used for duplication and graphic services. E.Mel has proved that ECELI was ready to produce Emel the lover, artist, performer, unifier (LAPU) . A modern day LAPU-LAPU. E.Mel on his mothers mother side is related to LAPU-LAPU HOYOHOY, the man who killed Magellan in self defense. Magellan was the Captain of a Spanish Galleon who returned to Spain with a dead Captain. So in 1994/1996 during this time frame and understanding that this journey was a challenge, Emel-iano Celi was set to find collaboration at whatever cost to counter or self defense from the Overpowering Content released by BAD Black&White American leading Men in Hollywood and Broadway in all forms of USA Media. The first Album was the foundation of everything for the future of this SELF DEFENSE stick pen art called KEAL FU.

6. 1996/7- By this time frame, E.Mel a poet, songwriter, author, and Actor since the TAMARAW performers group in Senior year High School began his Acting Career. Then later in 1989 with Faces International Magazine at San Francisco Vanness (MAGIC) Theater Conservatory which his wife did not support and disappointed him. She preferred to move to Hawaii and abandon the Home in CERES California and Buy a Home in Wailuku Heights Maui, Hawaii and put an increased Monthly Mortgage Payment stress on E.Mel’s income only while she went to School as a Realtor in Oahu, Hawaii without the children with her but for E.Mel to manage them and the two mortgage payments. Both had irreconcilable differences. E.Mel requested her to return to California several times in 1990, but when he brought the children in Maui in 1991, the divorce was finalized in December 1991. By 1992 divorced, E.Mel left Hawaii and remained in California and Created E.CELI Multimedia Publishing in 1992 and he set goals in self producing self, original features and episode of TV shows by understanding the first pioneers of the SILENT FILM ERA and LEARN HISTORY to RESEARCH and DEVELOP at http://www.niles.org where Charlie Chaplin and Bronco Billy Anderson both Actors collaborated to create the first California based Hollywood called NILES called the ESSANAYS PRODUCTION COMPANY based in Fremont California. He loved the song written by Charlie Chaplin called: “SMILE”. The Holy Spirit in E.Mel has renewed him. He was motivated to learn about the first people, the OHLONE tribe and the CHIEF ESTANISLAO(Cucunuchi) a Neophyte convert Catholic for the Mission San Jose and their roles with the first Northern California based Film Production Company.
The “EAST MEETS WEST” CD_AUDIO First Album was influenced by NATIVE USA both Pacific and Mainland First Peoples and First Nation, the Alta MexiCalifornia Missions, sounds and chants. During this time frame, another non Music related project came into fruition. The DayDream Calendar PRINT product. How it came about was when E.Mel pursued to consortia/collaborate with other record labels to build a self defense MOTOWN style company but for the Heritage Asian American Community.
BACKGROUND:
E.Mel since he was familiar with San Jose, constantly hanged out at a Bowling Alley called 4th Street Bowl. Asian Americans like Mike Honda and various Asian American Community Leaders Bowled here. There was Karaoke in the Lounge and Emel would meet these old former Stevie B. band members and composers. Macala brothers, John-john, Johny U, even Eric Togami of Karaoke Kids, others include Felix, Little D. from the old school Gs. One of which E.Mel had deep conversation was Dadgle Atabay. Dadgel Atabay was originally from Waipahu, Hawaii and E.Mel related with him since E.Mel resided in Hiapo St, Waipahu. E.Mel suggested they get together and do some collaboration. E.Mel offered to work on video projects. Dadgle stated that he had a partner named Francisco Pardorla and had to confirm with him. Again, E.Mel met Dadgel at an old night club called Celebrities in Fremont, CA. This is where he also met Ed Natividad, he was trying to court on his own distant cousin my cousin we later found out we were from the same Heritage Asian American branch, a Bolinao heritage. What a coincidence? Meeting someone already established in the USA Mainstream Media Game or Business. The following Friday & Saturdays at Celebrities Night Club, there, E.Mel was introduced By Dadgel Atabay to Francisco Pardola and sister Marla Pardola. It was strange that Francisco was best friends with James De Luna the younger brother of Ernie De Luna. Ernie De Luna was a member of E.Mel’s High School and College Band called “CLOSEFIRE.”. He was part of his Bridal Party and was the one who lent the Black Thunderbird Car used for the Wedding of “Josie and Meloy--JOMEL”. Like most Heritage Asian Americans who are followers and not leaders of USA media, who are bombarded with Black or White American Culture and Media Fad, Ernie De Luna wound up in Drugs, Homosexualtiy, and his entire family was infested with Drugs and he eventually died during this time frame. E.Mel made efforts to reconnect with Ernie but was not able to re link with him nor rescue him. Later that same year E.Mel found out by Francisco’s friend Vincent a cousin of James and Ernie De Luna. Too young to die. E.Mel visited his grave in Fremont CA, USA and may Ernie De Luna rest in peace. E.Mel connected with Liberty De Luna, gave her her wish and both moved-on and hope to connect later in the future.
The MultiMedia Recording Business catering to the LOGO as shown on figure 1.0 was E.Mel’s priority. At the time, Francisco was arrogant, very high and mighty because of a product that was successful. The business name was called Velocity Records and Buffy was their recording artist. E.Mel, was serious in investing for the cause to create a self defense collaboration of a MOTOWN style do-GOOD RED(yellow+brown) artist and realized an opportunity to develop a music video for Buffy’s song title: “No-One”. E.Mel offered to video tape performances and proceeded. Francisco and Dadgel invited E.Mel. E.Mel utilized rental equipment to video tape Buffy’s performances. At E.Mels cost, E.Mel was prepared to do a one on one video take of Buffy to finalize the music video headshots. Francisco never introduced Buffy to E.Mel formally to schedule the shoot. E.Mel was waiting for a confirmation from Dadgel and Francisco to reply on a proposal to video tape Buffy in video headshot indoor . E.Mel was not selected. No music video materialized for Buffy. Francisco instead routed E.Mel on another project. The DayDream Calendar.
Since E.Mel was learning a lot from Francisco, E.Mel proceeded with Franciscos Golden suggestions. Francisco was working on both Velocity Records and DayDream Calendar.
Francisco introduced Velocity Records Photographer Alan Fernando. From there, both Francisco and Alan proposed to E.Mel to take part of the Daydream Calendar project. Video shoot the models just like the swimsuit issue of Sports Illustrated Magazine.
E.Mel also inquired or knocked at Classified Records (one of the founders was Mario Agustin, E.Mel’s 7th and 8th grade classmate they both took songwriting Music Class at Graham Jr. High School.) doors offering to work on music projects and support a consortia of Heritaged Asian American talents and Unite for standardization, but was rejected by a none HAA (Heritaged Asian American) named Glen Guttierrez but a HLALTTW(Hispanic-Latiino American Leaning To The White). There seemed to be a miscommunication or some sort of misunderstanding. It maybe arrogance. It shouldn’t hurt to ask right??? A legal threat was made but was clarified in Tagalog with CEO Korman R. they even embarrassed E.Mel at his other career as a Telecom Research and Development Engineer at Sprintlabs.com what ignorance again??? So in mid 1996, E.Mel decided to just work on the Calendar project. It was interesting in a sense that the project can obtain 12 potential models which E.Mel would video tape and interview. The next thing that occurred was the need for capital dollars. Both Francisco and Alan did not have much money and solicited E.Mel. E.Mel of ECELI agreed to invest $5000 dollars and made sure some return on investment should occur. E.Mel knew that this project was a long term one since it is still in an R&D stage.
To prepare a good business plan, E.Mel was expressing to the Daydream Team to follow these steps:
1. Conduct a weekly meeting on progress.
2. Start to plan deployment after the prototype.
3. Study the market and target it.
4. Have the Marketing Department contact Barnes and Noble and acquire there technical requirements and nation wide account.
5. Distribution Channel is a must, without it there is no business.
6. Continue to solicit for investors.
7. The team must maintain its unity….
8. One management with many leaders.
9. In this case E.Mel acts as the Chief due to large $ invested compare to Alan and Francisco.

So late 1996, the prototype was not completed. It was only in paper and on Alan Fernandos Macintosh that the calendar was done. No printer investors were there to print the calendar. We were forced to defer the project the next year 1997. Alan and I were forced to analyze the 1996 effort and summarized that Francisco was causing the delays and problems. Were we in trouble or we were just shorthanded and had a very tight budget?
So in the first quarter of 1997, Alan and I printed several prototypes and agreed that these were used to attemp to

By second quarter, E.Mel told Alan that there was no more Budget dollars to maintain the expense of oldwebsitewww.face-east.com domain. Also the answering service was costly and was forced to shutdown according to E.Mels business calculation. E.Mel stated to the team that we must obtain a distribution channel for further investment. But by this Expression of shutting down the webpage and the requirement to meet on a scheduled basis made the group Commit desertion. They were not willing to offer any of their own for capital dollars to the project.
Alan was upset and was angry. E.Mel was generous and courteous stating all the issues and weak points of the business. E.Mel strongly indicated that Alan was not capable of returning the investment dollars. We stopped communication. E.Mel told Francisco to go ahead take leadership and work with Alan. The prototype was already completed and it was all up to them to obtain printers and
A distribution channel. It was agreed that everyone was accounted for and Fran, Alan, E.Mel were all benficiaries to the final project. Royalties of some sort. E.Mel separates himself to work on a new project back to Music.
So the third quarter of 1997, E.Mel entrust the Daydream Calendar PRINT product to Alan and Francisco with their own decision making expertease. E.Mel stayed away from the deployment decisions so that failure was not his responsibility and Both Alan and Francisco to eventually understand the important role E.Mel played. But because of both Alan and Francisco’s stubbornness, set in their ways, E.Mel had to step aside and watch these two at work. E.Mel knowingly risk $5000.00 already invested plus his creative and time contributions of the prototype. E.Mel shutdown oldwebsitewww.face-east.com and started oldwebsitewww.aimnet.com/~lupalapu as a temporary webpage until his own separate DOT COM startup multimedia company oldwebsitewww.eceli.com domain was ready for publication. E.Mel proceeded to work with a new team of songwriters and music composers. E.Mel was seeking individuals that can deliver. During this period, E.Mel was monitoring Alan and Francisco’s progress of the PRINT product. Occasionally, E.Mel would be invited by Alan and Francisco to parties, but E.Mel would just pretend to be kosher and was patient. By the 4th quarter of 1997 which was December 1997, E.Mel was invited to a Calendar release party for the 1998 Daydream Calendar. E.Mel was very happy that both Alan and Francisco were able to print the final version. E.Mel was hurt however, when both decided to modify E.Mel’s logo on the final version. (see oldwebsitewww.jolan.com ) This showed what kind of person both Francisco and Alan were to E.Mel. E.Mel a strong person only prayed to the mighty one and gave forgiveness to Francisco and Alan’s ignorance. E.Mel just practiced again an old spiritual Mix Martial Art called KEAL FU an equivalent like JKD founded by Bruce Lee, how to deal with ignorance(TANGA). Both even had the nerve to try to take away E.Mel’s Video takes from his camerawork and the dollars he spent on taking them. E.Mel spoke to his lawyers, Burris and Monahan in Mt. View California. E.Mel had the opportunity to counter sue both Alan and Francisco, but E.Mel just decided to educate them and form their business ethics with more standards and professionalism. In a way, E.Mel wanted to help Alan who is a father of two fine boys, but were living in a converted garage with their parents at Alans mothers house. E.Mel was kind to both of them and E.Mel just proceeded with his new project the LAPU_AUDIO_CIRCLE_PROJECT now called “TOUNGES(young) OF FIRE ALBUM see http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/Emel2 ”. Back on track with the music business. The wonder is why such ignorance damage progress and success? How can E.Mel help Alan achieve his business success to support his own children and family and not depend on his mothers support?
E.Mel’s heart is just too kind. Too nice… E.Mel suggested to Alan to form his own oldwebsitewww.jolan.com and separate himself from Franciscos hold via Velocity Records and have his own free will to decide for his own business. He is much better if he can do it all by himself. During this period the FACE-EAST crew just hung out at a local Bar called MENCONIS and started a oldwebsitewww.menconis.com which posted pictures taken by E.Mel, Francisco, and Fernando Pardola(Chester). The website and MENCONIS regulars were captured. By 2000 the hype faded because by November 2000, E.Mel moved to Hawaii due to Family Law Matters which haunted him since 1990.

E.Mel recruited volunteer Lloyd Roque Bernardo whom E.Mel met at Alans mothers house during a family party. E.Mel also started a new project with Roehl Pagala(OOLs original musician). Another person was Willie P. and of course E.Mel’s tribal members, the CELI KNIGHTS.

What E.Mel noticed about Lloyd was his lack of will to deliver and courage. E.Mel was willing to teach the will to Lloyd who resembled Buddy Holly but an asian version. E.Mel was sharing Roehl Pagala Studio with Willie P. at the time of the Lapu_Audio_Circle_project recording session. The Ross Sisters were recording with their manager Willie P. Since E.Mel was determined to have three songs completed by the end of the year, E.Mel asked Willie P. for assistance. In return, E.Mel was to help publish the Ross Sisters under the ECELI label in approval by their mother of course. The Ross Sisters are Afro Heritage Asian Americans like BLACK EYED PEAS, Apple De Ap. The three were lovely gals who sang wonderful and practiced the Iglesia Ni Chirsto religion. Just like Buffy, members of Innerlude, and some members of KAI. So 3rd quarter of 1997, the Lapu_audio_circle_cassette was pressed and three songs were completed. Two songs were a derivative works from the, East Meets West audio CD. Misteza Girl and Please Remember Love were the two taken from the East Meets West audio CD and were filed separately for copyright with song title” You’re My One and Only” co-written with Lloyd Roque Bernardo, Emel, and Roehl Pagala. The cassettes were included with the prototype 1998 Daydream Calendars and were sent out to the 12 Models that were in the calendar. E.Mel was still cool with Alan Fernando during some periods of 3rd quarter of 1997. So in the 4rth quarter of 1997, E.Mel moved to his own Apartment in Sunnyvale CA, near the Sunnyvale Mall And focused on the LAPU_AUDIO_CIRCLE_Project.
E.Mel was attempting to market the Cassette Single but had no success in penetrating the Distribution Channel. During this period, Lloyd decides to work on his own project. He also collaborated with Romy Huerta and Roehl to work on their own project. The artist name is Stephanie. E.Mel realized that his goals in independent FILM and music video has been side tracked by other parties. He seeked advice from a good friend in the Movie Industry. Ed and E.Mel seeked fine women that were potential wives and shared the same goals to seek a wife. “Where have you been Billy Boy said mother”. But because of careers and profit dreams, a woman was set to a lower priority. Ed and E.Mel went to a party in Berkeley (FIND) at one of Eds coworkers and a guy named Brandon was met at Larry Natividads party. This same Brandon was the manager of APEX(KAI) as well as Gabriel Celi Jr aka OOL under E.CELI. We also met Rex Navarette at the party who invited us at a SF show, where Julie Plugg performed as well . Even DJ Q-BERT was met somewhere in the DAYDREAM at the RANCH?

In 1998, E.Mel Prints the 12 inch VINYL for the LAPU_AUDIO_CIRCLE_project via RAINBO Records services. Figure 6.0 was planned to be the Album Cover case of success. Again distribution channel was not successful. By mid 1998, E.Mel connected with WILD and KMEL, but the VINYL was never aired. Only KOVR 105.7 FM Concorde CA, aired the VINYL songs “Misteza Girl”, “Please Remember Love”, “You’re My One and Only”. E.Mel knew the Radio Station owner so this is the case of being aired. I thanked Dave for being the first to announce E.Mel Celi the recording artist. In the VINYL included OOLs (Filipina Girl) and LBCs(Did I do you wrong?) originals. This was historical for ECELI since this is the first VINYL ever published by the company. ECELI stands as an independent company who creates and authors original heritage Asian American media.
So 1rst and 2nd Quarter of 1998, the VINYL and Cassette were deployed as a promo or attempted to solicit Nation Wide Distribution Channels. A list was made available, but again E.Mel lacked resources to write formal letters to each potential vendors and suppliers. By third quarter of 1998, Emel realizes that his budget has decreased and his business trip to Hawaii, Honolulu was not successful. Francisco Pardorla suggested to go to a Fantasy Island club via Javen. E.Mel and Ed Natividad met Javen, Marla, Nannette. E.Mel attempted to solicit and deployed the 8 Vinyls in an attempt to replace Don Ho Legacy Hawaii music. E.Mel also visited Maui and provided Frank Chargalauf his plans to deploy original music labs. EMel is dependent of Frank and Dennis to establish a recording studio hopefully based in Kahului, Maui. E.Mel also met Jeff Melemai which they played golf at the McKenna Golf Course at Wailea, Maui.
Upon the return from the Hawaii business trip, E.Mel formulized the need to develop the new Performing American Male Entertainer Image (PAMEI)-AMERIPINE. Alan Fernando Photography was recruited to photograph this role model PAMEI. The photoshoot of PAMEI was completed and 50% of Alan Fernando Photography services was still to complete the CD cover, the CD magazine ad, the Poster ad, and the Postcard coming soon ad. E.Mel began to examine closely his business budget whether to pursue incorporation or maintain sole propriertorship. E.Mel consulted with Lawyer Alan Foster of Burris Monahan of Mt. View and proceeded in revising the logo and ensuring the TradeMark is protected and noone can infringe it.
ECELI admits at this point in time dated November 9, 1998 that the past entrepeneurial attemps have been costly. Many things have happened since November 9, 1998. The year 1999 and 2000 was the year of departure from the state of California. Still haunted by the Family Law both in Hawaii and California, E.Mel returns to Hawaii to face another journey. By November 2000, E.Mel goes on a Long Leave Of Absence from his Telecommunications Career and returns to Hawaii to face the truth about his former Family in Hawaii. A sabbatical from The Silicon Valley Advance Technology.
In July 2001, He becomes a member of the Choir of St. Joseph Catholic Church I n Waipahu. He meets Guada, Mauricio, Jaybee, Jojo, and Philip Ajolo. Both Jaybee and Philip Ajolo became good friends with E.Mel and so they help create his first MUSIC VIDEO song title: “You’re my one and only.” Shot on Location at Diamond Head, Oahu, Hawaii from see http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/Emel2 the 2nd Album: “TOUNGES(young) OF FIRE”. E.Mel Storyboards the Music Video shoots applying his talent and what he learned from Ed Natividad. E.Mel performed an unplug UKELELE of an original song intended for his upcoming 3rd Album: “E.JADE” song title:”Pretty Island Girl.” And was able to connect with Chinky Mahoe, a Hawaiian Celebrity. On November 2001, E.Mel attended the 3rd Ammy in Los Angeles, he meets Lead Actress of the Movie titled: FLOWER DRUM SONG, actress: Nancy Kwan but his Digital Camera was stolen so no proof was captured. Since then, E.Mel was debating whether to live in Hollywood or not. On 9/10/01 E.Mel moves back to Fremont California and sells his home near http://www.niles.org , temporary packs all his things in storage located at Modesto, CA. Where his parents retired. In December 2001 went to the Philippines for a Bereavement where his fathers mother retired and died. After the Burial Ceremony, Funeral, E.Mel meets a local Island Girl named ANNALYN from ISABELA of LUZON and fell for each other. A promise to return for her just like what General Douglas McArthur promised in WWII after the fall of PEARL HARBOR and MANILA by the Japanese Soldiers post NANKING China. E.MEL departs Phillippines and on his way to back to USA first via Hawaii to ship all his personal belongings back to California to consolodate them. All his personal belongings from Hawaii were placed in Storage consolidating all of them in Modesto, CA, with the items from his Fremont, Ca home. He felt that finaly his FAMILY LAW matters both in Hawaii and California have some form of Peace Of Mind.
On March 2002 while in Modesto, California at his parents
home, he authors his first Screenplay, “
I SHALL RETURN:Simple Plan”, influenced
by his new love named ANNALYN and began his plan to go to Hollywood and become
a fulltime writer alias E.Mel Brando. He
research and developed several characters as a Mix Martial Artist and the American
Indian Movement (AIM) in Hollywood as the Natvie American Character alias E.Mel
Brando. The Hollywood Indian Man
(HIM). Apply his Software BSCS skills in
the art of Screenwriting software(Final Draft and Hollywood Screenwriter Software). Creating new Characters with Gobal and Local
Variables. Prior to the Hollywood Journey
of Go For Broke, He returns to the Philippines to confirm his relationship with
ANNALYN of ISABELA, LUZON. On April-May
2002 he goes to the Philippines again to file a Fiancee-Visa with a Filipina

sister Diana Dela Fuente singer/actress of a TV Soap Opera on TFC Network. He meets a future Pinoy Fear Factor(TFC Network)
contestant “Savannah” at the Hotel Registration prior to departure. He returns to Hawaii and attended the First
Ever in USA the Grand Opening of the
FilCom Center of Waipahu in OAHU and then he visits KAUI Grand Canyon in
May-Jun 2002 time frame. In KAUI, He
meets an Executive Staff of the ENRON company and share his wisdom and the
reasons why the SCANDAL occurred. The
Worldcom and Enron Executives were under scrutiny for bad decision making. The spiritual experience in KAUI meeting
MENEHUNE spirits was interesting. He
then returned to MAUI and connected with Jolina Magdangal(now GMA network) at a
Radio Station Interview. They were to
meet in Los Angeles again at West Covina, but by July 4th 2002,
E.Mel had his heart set for Hollywood. A
HR442 Go For Broke Mode. His Spirit has really changed. His Heart was forever
changed and pursued the Entertainment Business as a writer. He attended a Fade-In Pitching event to sell
his first written Screenplay using a writer Alias as Mel Brando. A disappointing feeling when his single
screenplay did not get any bites. All
alone in Hollywood, he turns to friend Ed Natividad to help illustrate his
screenplay, but was rejected. What a
desparate mode of trying to make his screenplay live. All those years and months in polishing the
screenplay meant nothing. A dead
end. So from Venice Beach Ca to
Hollywood, Ca. E.Mel was forced to find
ways to survive in Los Angeles. To Live
or Die in LA. He met up with distant
relatives from Eagle Rock, CA. He slept
in his car several weeks, then eventually wounded in “Filipino Historic Town”
in 2002 renting a shared room apartment.
All of 2002, he attended screenwriting workshops. He joined a Band only on a Sunday Jam
sessions at Park Avenue and Temple neighborhood. He Created an Internet Radio Show and called
it Poetry Noise Radio Show or P’NOISE
Radio Show. A playlist of diverse artist
and genre. The Radio Show ran for several
months. While learning to improve
writing, he began to take Acting Classes and visited American Film Institute
(AFI). He was Researching and Developing
a Screenplay about the WWII FilAm Veterans and joined the Gloria Gifford
Conservatory. There he met acting
classmate Jimmy Gomez(TABOO) of the Black Eyed Peas, Dante, Dion, Derek, The
Basco Brothers. E.Mel experienced bad
vibes with Derek Basco another KEAL FU like JKD(TANGA) self defense experience. Why is it that these young arrogant RED AMERICAN

the ethics of formulating a Birds Of Feather, BOF, forming Board of Directors
professionalism and collaboration??? E.Mel
decided to visit SPRINT Point Of Presence, POP at Burbank, CA. E.Mels former employer had a POP near Hollywood. He stumbled on Central Casting, Inc. adjacent
to the SPRINT POP Building when he noticed beautiful people were outside on a
very long line. He takes the risk to
join. He then gets an agent that
specializes in actors of E.Mels type.
Several jobs were obtained and was part of the CBS TV show “The
Agency”. A co-director recognized his
image as unique and requested him to work 5 days. What luck, what timing. By Jan, 2003 he joined the Screen Actors
Guild (SAG http://www.sag.org ). There was also the movie Fifty First Dates,
Along
Came Polly, and an AFI student film.
Unfortunately, the FAMILY LAW requested E.Mel appear in the Santa Clara County Court Mandatory. This ended E.Mel’s motiviation to pursue Acting for now. In late 2003, E.Mel met SIPA, FPAC, FILAMARTS, FILAM LIBRARY, FANLA. A UCLA documentary project AFAMILA via SIPA (advisory: Joel Jacinto) E.Mel used alias Mel Brando at that time frame to make an effort to unify the MANGO talent. In 1973, Marlon Brando won an OSCAR for his role in the movie:THE GODFATHER. His acceptance used a Native American Actress to deny the OSCAR due to the Best Past&Current Practices of Hollywood Producers (AMPTP) on how RED(yellow+brown) Americans were portrayed by Hollywood Producers. Celi creates a California Corporation called K.E.A.L.F.U.,Inc. This was his first ever startup company initiated by himself based in Hollywood and not the Silicon Valley. Because of the FAMILY LAW and mandatory appearance in the Santa Clara Coutny Court, E.Mel moves back to Northern California as a deferment of the STARTUP. E.Mel just focused on writing a Business Plan for its Core entity and Subsidiaries like Business Plan project “POETRY DANCES” and by 2004 stayed at Stockton and then Tracy California. There, E.Mel invents the eCELI Computer Sunglasses. He copyrights the idea and the Patent pending. On August 11th, 2004 he is Emancipated from any FAMILY LAW issues. By the end of 2004, E.Mel returns to Hollywood, CA on a different mission. He continues to create an independent Production Company based on his Kali Escrima Arnis Love For Unity. KEAL FU, Inc aka RED SPIRITS PRODUCTION. By the end of 2005 he creates his first TV show via COMCAST/TIME WARNER CABLE in Hollywood, CA. USA. Max Eberle, Martin Jaye, Marshall, and Shano joined the first taping. The first TV show called “ECELI API - POETRY DANCES” via AFTRA Signatory began to air from January 2006- 4th Quarter 2008.
