Evaluate new Routing Protocols and Develop Test Plans. Generated Engineering Requirements Document (ERD) for the EMULATION function of the ADTECH-ASX4000 Test Equipment. BGP4, OSPF, ISIS, etc… Each ERD defined a routing protocol Test Plan of the implemented EMULATON Software Application for the ASX-4000 Test Equipment. Proposed a Carrier Class Network Simulation Lab but was created by one of the Directors without my input. Three Directors(Derek Terawaki, Dana Matsunaga, and John Smith) confused my job duties and the Network Simulation Lab became a Data Center Style non Telco standard test lab. Due to the Merger of ADTECH, SMARTBITS, and SPIRENT, new employees were let go. The Network Simulation Lab was moved to Calabasas, CA.
